智能监测模块：集成磨损指针实时显示齿厚磨损量（精度±0.1mm），可选配振动和温度传感器

磨损指针位移超过1-2mm时需立即更换联轴器
安装流程
热装工艺：油浴加热至120-180℃，过盈量控制在0.03-0.05mm
对中校准：激光对中仪确保径向偏差≤0.05mm/m，角向偏差≤0.05mm/m
轴向定位：必须由卷筒支承座承受全部轴向载荷，检查轴向间隙
